Hi Motivated Mums!

If you are a stay at home mumworking from home or thinking of starting a home business then you have come to the right place.  Motivating Mum is full of goodies and freebies for businessmums, including

Mummy Mentoring Month

March is Mummy Mentoring Month at Motivating Mum.  Those of you who were here last year may remember that this is a month where you can get all sorts of great useful information for your business, for free, or at very reasonable prices - and all money spent goes to charity.

I have decided this year to stick with the same charity - Nema, helping women to care for their families in Mozambique.  Last year we raised £650 so I want to beat that figure this year.

So to start off with, I am looking for contributors.  I'm making it a bit more simple than last year.  What I am looking for is:

Guest blogs - on any subject that will provide support and advice to mums - see last year's blogs for inspiration

Mentors - donate one 30 minute phone session to mentor a mum who is starting up in business

Trainers, mentors , consultants, coaches, and anyone who supports mums - donate one session of whatever it is that you do, for a grand charity auction of services. You decide the length and terms and conditions of what you are donating, but you will receive no payment for it

You can donate in any or all of these categories and there are rewards for all, in terms of advertising and social media coverage for your business, not to mention the warm glow of doing something nice for charity.  If you would like more details please sign up to my Mummy Mentoring Month participants mailing list and I will send you the full information pack.

Saving Money with Motivating Mum (Extreme Couponing)

If you have come to Motivating Mum, because of one of my recent press outings on the subject of Extreme Couponing, please see my new blog Money Minding Mum, or join my Money Saving Tips newsletter. My money saving activity was starting to take over at Motivating Mum, so I have now given it a site of its own....
