WHAT
IS COACHING? |

Coaching
is an ongoing partnership designed to help you produce fulfilling
results in your personal and professional life. Results are
realised through the determination of your goals and the methodical
achievement of them. |
|
It
is different from therapy, counselling or consulting in that
coaching seeks to elicit solutions and stategies from you
the client , as I, as a coach belive you are naturally creative
and resourceful. It is also future based meaning that little
time is spent on your past, preferring instead to concentrate
on what can be achieved in the future. |

WHAT
DO I DO? |
|
Provide
a framework to help identify where you are now, and
what it is you'd like to achieve through coaching. |
|
Listen
to you and ask powerful questions to generate thought, ideas
and solutions. |
|
Help
you set goals and design a plan of action. You will
see and feel measurable results almost as soon as you begin. |
|
|
|
Hold
you accountable to yourself. Home work is set every
week, which is then followed up at the next session. The simple
act of promising someone you will do something can be very
motivating. |
|
Am
non judgemental and will always help you discover the
lesson to be learnt in any situation. |
|
Support
and encourage you. Making change can be very scary and I will
be with you every step of the way with encouragement and praise. |
|
Challenge
you to be your best and go for what will make you happy. |
|
Give
you honest and direct feedback to give you an objective
perspective when you are stuck |
