STRESS : anticipate, identify and combat stress encountered throughout pregnancy.
ORGANISATION : get things organised, from the nursery to your hospital bag, to a point where you feel prepared and relaxed.
EXPECTATIONS : examine both yours and your partners expectations of pregnancy and birth and ensure you are set up for sucess.
MATERNITY LEAVE : ensure a smooth transition from working mum to mum to be.
RELATING TO OTHERS : understand the motivations of all involved, set up open lines of communication and ensure everyone is on the same page.
PREPARING FOR BIRTH : address fears and anticipate and prepare for the many eventualities of birth.
GOING OVERDUE : maintain perspective, understand your options and ensure you are as relaxed and ready as possible.
