Diary Management is a practical session/s that looks at the goals, deadlines and day-to-day running of your business with the aim of initiating a working timetable that also allows for personal and home life.

This is an objective view on where time can be saved or better spent and takes into account the need for flexibility, unforeseen incidents (i.e. the kids) and the occasional desire to watch a soapie with a cup of tea.

Fees

£35 for an hour session
£15 for a half hour follow-up and review
