You may have seen some recent articles in the press and features on various TV shows about the "extreme couponing" trend, which is coming to the Uk from the USA.

At its total extreme, this seems a little bit crazy, and several articles have poked fun at people who get obsessed over saving money on their groceries.

But I bet some of you have seen the press and wondered "I wonder if I could be saving a little bit of money myself, if I only spent a little bit of time?".

Now, fresh from her trip to New York with Savings.com (where she met with some of Americas most professional deal hunters) and appearances in the Sunday Times, The Mail on Sunday, Woman magazine and the One Show, Debbie is here to tell you what she has learned in the few months since she took up couponing as a hobby.
