Media opportunity at a NEW Baking Series: Love Productions is producing a new prime time BBC2 baking television series called 'The Great British Bake Off'. The series will see passionate amateur baking fans compete to be crowned the UK's Best Amateur Baker, a huge exciting event that will have everyone - young and old - on the edge of their seats as they follow their favourites through the series.

The 'bake off' forms the spine of each show - but through the baking, we'll explore and retell the baking history of Britain by, building up a culinary map of the country. Therefore as well as the competition we will also be visiting various locations throughout the country to explore the regional history of British baking.
