What is the best way to contact journalists after you have set them a press release?

Hi. You could either follow up with another email a week later asking if they received your release, or give them a call. However editors are notoriously difficult to get hold of, even if you have a good relationship with them, so leave a message if they have voicemail. If you still don't hear from them, I would probably wait a few days and call once more. But don't bombard them with calls/messages. You can always keep calling without leaving a message, in the hope they will pick up. I hope that helps. Janine (PR Guru)
