Career bio

I worked as an occupational therapist in the NHS and re-trained to be a life coach in 2004 after a challenging time in my own life.  In both careers my passion has been helping and supporting others through big and small challenges in their lives.

My strengths lie in building relationships and seeing opportunities and links between businesses, as well as helping people to see and achieve their own potential.

In starting my own business I have had to do everything from marketing (incl. networking), to accounts and overcoming self doubt.  Please see the categories below for further information.
