Career bio

I am a creative and energetic mumpreneur with strong Marketing Communications experience (CIM qualified), in particular Public Relations (in-house at Expedia and agency at WPP), Event and Sponsorship management in four European countries (fluent in 5 languages). Since 2006 I have set up two businesses, Avanti PR Limited and London Mums Limited. My specialties are: Events management, PR strategy (designing and overseeing implementation of communication programmes in EMEA), management of PR agencies, including budget and performance monitoring. Since adding a print publication to the London Mums media portfolio, I have become a busy editor/publisher. That has made me understand the journalists’ daily dilemmas even better, essential knowledge when planning a media campaign. Operating two businesses has increased my experience with accounting, web design and more importantly marketing with little to-no budgets. Running a family in parallel to businesses has also made me very clever with my time management and prioritising tasks. 

About me

I’m Italian living in Putney since 1998 with a lively 3 year old son and Italian husband. I love London and am passionate about being a mumpreneur and helping out fellow mums in London through my London Mums’ network.  I love organising fun events and meetings for mums/mumpreneurs with kids.
